Biz Tip of the Day: You Don't Have to Be All About Innovation. Most companies have worn out the phrase, “We are innovative.” Make it known that you use tried and true methods proven to work for your clients, along with some of your own innovative ideas that work well. If you describe products, or systems you have developed that work, customers will know you are innovative.

Better still, when you reduce it to story form in a book with your name on it, now you have something that works to sell for you.
