Find something that sets you apart from competitors. Perhaps you are known within the tel-com industry for lowering phone bills up to 90%. It needs to be something that sets you apart, & gives you an advantage over colleagues. Be clear about this niche or expertise. When you do, more clients will seek you out and give you referrals.  Find out, and market what you do best to your ideal type of client. Don't try to please everybody else. You will close more business deals.

Think about it, would you want a generalist performing a quadruple bypass on you, or would you want the best coronary surgeon in the country? It's time for you to get specific on what makes you an expert and a special asset to your customers.
