Prioritize your daily task list. You'll be amazed how much more efficient and focused you will become. Once you've made your schedule, stick to your guns. Have your receptionist make an appointment during the appropriate hours with the calling client, instead of interrupting another segment of your tasks. Have them say you are busy, tied up, or whatever. Believe me, this will work for your betterment.
