Author and speaker, Jack Canfield who has sold over 500,000 books and is a co-founder of the "Chicken Soup for The Soul " series, revealed that 144 publishers refused to publish the first Chicken Soup book. Perseverance brought success after many, many failures in both his case and that of Thomas Edison.
