Biz tip of the day: Write conversationally when you write e-mails, blogs, articles, e-zines, letters, ads, or a book, or you will lose the reader, or viewer. Headlines are key, and have to grab the attention of the reader/viewer immediately.
Avoid lengthy explanations when a short one will do the job. Tie in a constant color scheme, logo, and tagline so that your 'brand' will sink in over time after several exposures.
