Biz Tip of The Day: Picture Your Targeted Prospect When Writing Copy

Biz tip of the day: Picture your targeted prospect when writing copy for any kind of ad, for any kind of product, or program you sell. Pick out, and visualize that most typical customer. Visualize a real person, you have had personal dealings with.

Write your ad as if you are writing it to appeal to that customer. Should your business be strictly Online, you can still visualize your ideal customer from Online dialogue you have had with them. It is a must that you are in touch with your ideal client's desires, wants, and needs. Whenever you allow yourself to play this out you will write a better ad. Pictures are worth a thousand words, and this 'picture' you will translate into copy that sells better.

Imagination, and a certain amount of training, or self-training is necessary to write good copy. It seems to come easy for some, and others may have to work at it. Don't be shy, if there is someone else in your company who can do it better than you may be able to, by all means enlist them to write the copy. Don't hesitate, delegate. In time, through observation, and training, you may surpass that talented person.

Success by Design, Not by Chance!
