Leadership
is relatively easy, but productive leadership is an art form. One key
element in successful leadership is knowing what the problem is you
are setting out to solve. It is easy to become bogged down in minutia
and have too many people working apart on details. Oftentimes you can
lose site of the problem. Make sure your team in in tune with the
problem on a daily basis and the goal of its solution. Ask for timely
reports of its progress.
“Focus
on you potential instead of your limitations.”
